development and storytelling.

PRODUCT ROADMAP

The product roadmap creates a multi-year plan that defines how your product line evolves 

over time. This overarching plan empowers you with insight which enables a

multitude of benefits including being first to market, efficiencies for

operational needs + details for financial planning.

PRODUCT LAUNCH

This package outlines the complete launch plan by identifying the phases of launch + tactics of execution - organizing sales, marketing + product around the

purpose of creating the highest impact at launch. 

PERFORMANCE METRICS

The metrics package identifies Key Performance Indicators that track the success of your product.  Through the process of establishing KPI’s we will define what success

means to you + what goals feel right for the business, how to set

them and when to redefine them.
