Style Strategy Project

The Challenge

Create a style strategy for the licensed partnership between Dwellstudio and Robert Allen that honored the brand DNA of both partners.

 

The Work

Identified key brand attributes from each partner as well as market gaps

to determine creative concepts

for the branded partnership.

We identified four main areas to be

articulated - color, pattern, construction and application to determine  parameters + inspiration points that would drive the creative direction

over time.

We created a look-book of examples that described the brand to visually educate our design + marketing departments.

The Impact

Our compelling take on prints at a time when high-low design was emerging, broke the rules and quickly confirmed that great design at any price is valued at all ends of the market.

By crafting a distribution strategy along with our product strategy we carved out multimillion dollar market share.

Our continual success lead to 

 a long term relationship with 10 collections completed

over a decade.
